The Panerai PAM 687 is a throwback to the 1940s case Radiomir, parading as a special edition with only 1,000 units made. Released in 2017 in advance of SIHH to the delight of collectors everywhere, the two new Radiomir offerings were a brown dial sunburst (this one) and a black dial. Both sandwich dials with a bright lume and an incredible depth, and a slim and non-imposing case that wears much smaller than its Luminor brothers due to the lack of a bulky crown guard.
 
This thing is straight out of a Pininfarina design coffee table book. Cushion sides counteracted by the sharp edges of the bezel give this piece a lot of balance.

This piece is 100% guaranteed authentic and in excellent condition. The watch is mechanically sound with a buttery crown. Case is in excellent shape, but a few hairlines in the side next to 9 o'clock. Very hard to see.
