A gorgeous special edition Panerai, the 663 is reminiscent of the original reference 6154 “Egiziano Piccolo”. Back when your grandpa was a baby, Panerai created a special watch for the Egyptian navy with Radiomir powder in the hands and indices that turned the dials brown. A modern-day Panerai can be had inspired from this old reference, and that is the PAM00663. Released in 2016, this special edition watch includes an old “tobacco olive” dial with creamy sausage indices installed in a heritage 1950’s case.
 
This is specimen #924 of 1000 units made and was purchased in September 2019 at the La Jolla Panerai boutique.
 
Keeping in line with the older Panerai references, the model number is etched between the lugs. The strap is an aftermarket “Brown Patina Alligator” from the famous leather house Aaron Bespoke in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

This piece is 100% guaranteed authentic and in excellent condition. The case is clean but not perfect and crystal is clear of any gashes. There are a few strap-change spider marks on the lugs.
